Jones-Seed.com collects information from users in two ways, via registration forms and through the use of cookies. We use your IP address to gather broad demographic information, and to help identify you and your shopping cart.

Our site's registration forms ask for personally identifiable information (i.e. name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, fax number, email address, and taxpayer's identification number, if applicable). The personally identifiable information we collect about our users is stored in limited access servers. We will maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of these servers and of our users' personally identifiable information. Users may review and update the personally identifiable information they provide to us by contacting us at customerservice@jones-seed.com.

The personally identifiable information we collect is used in transaction processing and to provide users with personalization options, such as those that allow users to receive e-mail updates of product specials and new product categories. Once registered, users can choose to disable (or enable) any of the personalization options at any time by changing their account within the "My Account" section of the site. Users may also opt-out of receiving future mailings by sending an email to customerservice@jones-seed.com.

Jones-Seed.com employs "cookies" to deliver content specific to your interests, and to save your password should you so choose, so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our site. Cookies are also used to track user behavior for a better understanding of our users' preferences, in aggregate [clarify/describe whether personally identifiable information is used here or if it is anonymous]. This enables us to create new services and enhance current services per these preferences.

Information collected by Jones-Seed.com is for internal use only. Under no circumstances will we disclose your e-mail address or any other personal information you provide us with to any third party unless you provide us with explicit authorization to do so or where such disclosure becomes required by law or legal process.

Jones-Seed.com contains links to other web sites. These web sites are not subject to our Privacy Pledge, and may have their own individual privacy policies. We recommend that users review the privacy policy at each such web site to determine how that web site protects its users' privacy.
