We ship Fast! Orders for in-stock items that arrive by 3:00 pm Central time are typically shipped out by the 3rd day through UPS. International shipping and handling options are available. S/H options and pricing are based on order characteristics such as item weights and package sizes and the delivery address.
If you receive a damaged package, please let us know and we will file a claim with our shipping company and send a replacement as soon as we obtain a claim approval number, usually within 48-72 hours. If you require immediate replacement, we will charge your credit card for the second shipment and offer a refund once our shipping company has made a determination regarding the first shipment.
