Billing Policy
We allow payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Money Orders, and Check. Our site accepts this information securely using SSL Certificates from Verisign and payment processing from Authorize.NET, but if you prefer you may call us toll free at 1-800-728-8989 or fax us the information at 580-355-0781. If you wish to complete your order by mail it is best to call us and complete your order over the phone.
Shipping Policy
We ship Fast! Orders for in-stock items that arrive by 3:00 pm Central time are typically shipped out the same day through UPS. International shipping and handling options are available. S/H options and pricing are based on order characteristics such as item weights and package sizes and the delivery address.
Returns Policy
If you receive a damaged package, please let us know and we will file a claim with our shipping company and send a replacement as soon as we obtain a claim approval number, usually within 48-72 hours. If you require immediate replacement, we will charge your credit card for the second shipment and offer a refund once our shipping company has made a determination regarding the first shipment.
